PAN SEARED BEEF
FILET TENDERLOIN
Ingredients:
-Shifty’s Seasoning
-Cooking Oil
Preheat oven to 425°
Heavily season your filet with Shifty’s Seasoning. Heat oil in cast iron skillet. Once hot, pan sear your filet on both sides. Move entire skillet to pre-heated oven and cook at 425° for 5 minutes per pound.
