PRIME RIB MUST SIT ON COUNTER OVERNIGHT AND BE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
Preheat oven to 375* (for medium rare)
400* (for medium)
425* (for well done)
Place prime rib bone down in a roaster uncovered.
Season with your favorite season salt, we suggest Wildman’s.
Bake for 1 hour at desired temperature.
Shut the oven off, leave rib in the oven for 5-7 more hours.
Turn oven back on at same temperature for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes take out, slice and serve.
NEVER OPEN THE OVEN DOOR.
