1 Leg of Lamb
2-3 Sprigs of Rosemary
2 tbls. Brown Spicy Liquid Mustard
6 Cloves of Garlic (cut each into 4 pieces)
6 tbls. Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Preheat oven to 475*.
Rub leg with mustard and season with salt and pepper.
Make small incisions with knife and insert garlic pieces and rosemary.
Place on a roasting rack above tray and drizzle with olive oil.
Cook for 1 hour. After 30 minutes lower temperature to 460* continue to bake for the last 30 min.
Insert a knife into thickest part of leg, meat should be pinkish in color.
Remove from oven and let sit for 15 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
