1 Duma’s Corned Beef Brisket
1 Head of Cabbage, Quartered & Sliced
1 Large Onion Sliced Thin
Red Potatoes Quartered
4-6 Cups Vegetable Broth
Put all of the vegetables in a large pan.
Lay Corned Beef brisket on top.
Add vegetable broth (about 4-6 cups).
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Bake at 350° for 3 hours covered.
